Date & Time when incident took place: Unknown. Between 15 December and 9 January

Incident Description: “Copper water pipes were cut off and removed from our house during the builders’ holidays (our house is currently being renovated). The pipes were stolen from a part of the property that can be accessed from the street (where the electricity meter is). We are not sure when the incident occurred.”
